Phil M	The Powerflush has been a massive success. The boiler is quiet (I was seriously considering scrapping it- although it's only 7 years old it was making terminal noises), and all the radiators are hot, including the one in the front bedroom (I think it's the last one in the system) which has been nearly cold for as long as we can remember. I'm including Powerflush in my (short) list of Fantastic Things, alongside Rainex for windscreens and Manuka Honey for the digestive system. It was a really nice visit too. Exemplary service! Alan, London NW	Please thank Isiah from me for doing such a good job in such a clean and efficient way. I am sure without his expertise there was plenty of scope for creating a real mess when flushing central heating systems. So far all is a lot better than it was, the boiler now positively purrs (unlike before when it used to shake, rattle (and almost roll)) and the radiators get hot a lot quicker now even the small one in the kitchen which seemed the most problematic. This is just a short note to let you know that after replacing a defective electrical component in the boiler; that and a slight alteration to some pipework has now got the heating working fully. In fact the staff is still complaining—but of being too warm now (they never think of turning the stat down do they?). Thanks to you and your son for your assistance. The morning after your work we assumed the boiler had tripped as we were not awoken by the constant tapping noise of the boiler during it's cycle.
